Is it possible to lose weight AND be a foodie?

... we'll see.

Check out some local women bloggers at Losing in Cincinnati and see if seven of us can lose a few pounds.

Yup, you sure can! I've lost 80 lbs in the last 2 years, and still managed to eat very tasty food!

I did the "Sonoma Diet" (along with my wife and a few or our friends). Between all 4 of us, we've lost more than 200 lbs combined. And, the food is delicious!

Caveat - in order to do that diet you have to a) love to cook, and b) be willing to cook a dinner most nights of the week :)

You CAN do it. I saw that you are going to start back with Sparkpeople and that is fantastic! Best of luck to you Julie!

It's totally possible, I follow Weight Watchers during the week and splurge on the weekends and I lost 33lbs and have kept it off for almost 6 months now. Good luck!

I managed to drop a few while getting drug out a couple times a week to eat. Have to be a nazi about working out though, or at least I did.
