I like all kinds of foods, and have tried all kinds of foods, but there will probably be a heavy European and American bent. I thought of another one, besides rogan josh. Tacos alpastor (chopped pork marinated in spices & pineapple juice, grilled/fried and served in warm tortillas w/ diced onions and lots of cilantro... and if you're me, some of the really hot picante.)

i feel like they said head cheese couldn't be made the traditional way (for sale) because it's against FDA regulations to boil the head of an animal??

This is a fantastic list! I am right at 49 out of 100...
But hey, where's the Deep Fried Turkey??!!
That is the best kind of turkey I've ever had!
I thought of another one, besides rogan josh. Tacos alpastor (chopped pork marinated in spices & pineapple juice, grilled/fried and served in warm tortillas w/ diced onions and lots of cilantro... and if you're me, some of the really hot picante.)
i think i saw on the food network that head cheese is illegal to make the 'real' way...any insight on that?
